Dr Adriana Raus is a medical doctor USCIS designated Civil Surgeon that is specifically trained to conduct immigration medical exams (form I-693) necessary for your US permanent residency application (green card). We are serving adjustment of status applicants from Greater Lansing area including Okemos, Haslett, Mason, Dewitt, Grand Ledge, as well as Jackson, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Mt. Pleasant and Flint.
Timeline for completion of I693 form:
1) Call 517-220-0603 or book an appointment online.
2)At appointment time will verify your identity and you will sign page 2 of the current edition of USCIS I-693 form.
3) Dr. Raus will review carefully your records during appointment, and we will clearly instruct you about what laboratory tests vaccines or other things are required to complete per current CDC/USCIS guidelines. You will also have a pertinent medical exam at that time.
4) You will have blood testing done and complete the vaccines missing in our office or if you prefer at a local hospital lab /pharmacy.
5) After your lab results are available, we will inform you promptly. Your form will be finalized by our civil surgeon, Dr. Adriana Raus, signed and sealed.
6) You will receive a sealed envelope with the original form signed. A copy of the form I-693 and your lab results will be given to you for your records.
7) You are sending the original signed form I-693 that was provided in a sealed envelope to your lawyer or immigration office per USCIS instructions.
